How can I best use Moist-r whitening sponge?

• Moisten the sponge with cold water and squeeze it.
• Place the sponge on the stick provided.
• Gently brush the wide side of the sponge from top to bottom over each tooth.
• Continue brushing until the deposits have disappeared.
• Replace the sponge when it becomes saturated and brown. The brown colour comes from the removed tarnish on your teeth.

If you want to use the sponge to get whiter teeth or if you have little discolouration, you can replace regular brushing with toothpaste with using the Moist-R Whitening Sponge twice a week.

If you have many stains or discolourations on your teeth or suffer from tartar, you can use the Moist-R Whitening Sponge more often.
