Georganics Oil Pulling Mouthwash with English Peppermint
Take advantage of the ancient Ayurvedic technique of Oil Pulling with this mouthwash from Georganics. Georganics English Peppermint has an antibacterial and refreshing effect. By rinsing with this mouthwash you can easily remove bacteria that can cause gum infections.
What is the best way to use Georganics?
- Take one or two tablespoons of oil;
- Please do not gargle but drag, 'pull and push' the oil through your mouth for between 5 and 20 minutes (the longer, the more effect);
- Rinse the oil through the mouth until it has discolored to milky white, which means that all harmful bacteria have been successfully sucked in and removed from the sheltered areas of the mouth;
- Spit out the bin (preferably not in the sink, as it can cause clogging)
For best results, you can repeat this process daily for the first 2 weeks.
